Cold Weather-Hot Politics

The whole northern belt is experiencing severely cold weather conditions. For last one month the weather conditions in north india including Capital city Delhi is not normal.Recently due to heavy snow fall in Kashmir, affected the already bad atmosphere. In many states like Panjab, Haryana, and North UP the temperature gone below ten degree Celsius. And visibility due to snow fell to very low level.

Now after a rain fall in Haryana and New Delhi it seems there is a relief from cold weather. But contrarily the Political weather is so hot for last two months in many of the northern states. After the announcement of dates and schedule for the polls in five states the political heat increased.

Presently the Election Commision's order to drape the Mayawati's election symbol Elephant and her statues is making the news.Different political leaders and parties responded to this decision differently.some say that this is irrational and some opine it a not wise decision.Where as the process of covering the statues of Mayawati and elephants has been started.

Five states of north India are going to witness a massive campaigning and election process from the end of January. So the weather is cool in north india but the politics are hot.During this shivering cold wave the political leaders of different political parties are changing their mind and parties as well. The ruling BSP in UP have recently scrapped its tainted ministers and leaders.

Among them Kushwaha made a news when picked up by BJP. Though he 'offered' to quit the Bhajpa after receiving severe opposition from sangh leaders and senior BJP leaders. In other states like Panjab the political equations are frequently changing. On the other hand the Rajasthan's ruling Congress government is under the criticism due to the 'Bhanwari' case.
Thought the Gehlot government sacked the 'tainted' and accused minister Mahipal Maderna and a MLA Malkhan singh the case is haunting congress party in Rajasthan. But the weather is cold and many places in north india witness snow fall. The weather is relatively cold and the politics on high.Due to the coldest weather many homeless are dying and due to the hot political weather many leaders are feeling the heat of extinction and many are trying to be recognised.
